This build's intention is not TTK, it is solo completion of Cosmic Patrols, Cosmic Terminals and Cosmic Danger Room. As such some choices are measured with survival in mind first, before maximizing TTK. There is a ranged version of this build that was done by Cainage that when built out fully is really cool, but I wanted to be thematic. I'm not always 100% focused on killing target dummy or making a video of a Kurse timed run, those things can be cool, but sometimes I want to play my comic character the way they are in the comics.

Gear-wise, I am not happy with any of Thor's uniques. I am also not completely happy with the Skrull Uniform. I love the sling ring for Thor, but my copies of the Slingring are not very good for him. So I am currently using the sub-optimal Xavier's ring. The goal is maximizing Power Duration on our gear. Using Infinity Points to give us movement & area damage, with attack speed.

1. Fragment of Twilight :|: Let's just be honest with each other. Everyone says this is best in slot on every character. I'm not entirely convinced that is true for Thor. I tested this relentlessly in actual game play and Skrull's Mighty Hammer seemed to perform no differently, if not actually better. The Fragment just provides everyone with a ressurect, loads of health and so many stats it's very difficult to argue that it's not better. If you don't have a fragment or you have someone it's -obviously- better for? Put Skrull's on Thor and never look back.
2. Portal's Darkhawk Armor :|: Power Duration, Stats, Health and some Brutal help. Hard to beat. I wasn't convinced on paper but it sure worked out. Thor's own unique is a suitable placeholder, but I considered this a nice replacement to move into.
3. Coat of the Skull :|: Power Duration, Stats, Health and some Brutal help. Again hard to beat. Thor's own unique is a placeholder. It wastes stats on special and rare find, which dimenish what could go onto the item for better TTK/TTL. The good news is, it might help you get the Skull or Skrull drops!
4. Skrull Military Uniform :|: Tell me if you've heard this one. Power Duration, Stats, Health and some Brutal help. You guessed it, hard to beat. However this is the one place I truly stopped to consider his own unique Humanitarian's Legwraps. They are legit and not even just as a placeholder. Use them until you have a superior roll on the Skrull Uniform.
5. Essence of Jinn :|: Power Duration, Crit Help, Ranged & Area DMG, plus you're going to have that +9 energy up a lot. Helm of the All-Father is your alternative and it's surprisingly strong. Again, I loathe the rare and special find taking up stat lines, but otherwise it's the best you have until the Jinn is out of the bottle for you.

I run normally with a cosmic Doctor Doom Medallion and I have a very well rolled Red Onslaught Medallion that comes in when in raids. My insignia is not optimal at all, I'm sure a CRT DMG / CRT RAT one would be best of some sort, but I simply don't have one.  For your Catalyst the best you can go with is something that has +str or +eng, then has medkit shield and invisibility on medkit. The one I'm displaying is all sorts of weird as the site did some strange things with them.

Last but not least a superior Sling Ring of the Kamar-Taj (energy) of just about any variety would be better than what I'm using. It was the best of the gearing I had available currently. I know, sadly lacking in this department.

Rotation is fairly simplistic: (Target Lock, Nuke), (Fill Odinforce),  (Jump to the Target), (First Charge), , (Second Charge), (Steroid + Cooldown Reset), . Recycle Rotation.

The generation of "Godly Smites" is beneficial for TTK and TTL. It will assist the deep amount of area damage in this build in clearing mobs off of you, which obvious assists in staying alive. The constant health on hit generation, added to the routine use of our dash to get out of bad, then leaping back to the boss, provides a solid amount of TTL. 

Contrary to my opening comments, I intend to add a couple videos of gameplay when I'm able to record without my son squealing in the background that Hulk would smash Thor. I didn't supply synergies because -I- personally do not have the best ones to select, so mine are not optimal yet. I know most people are still grinding for all their characters. I'll fill that out later on in the meta.
