Buff any nearby allies and drop a big Crusher, with a quick rotation in between.

Key Concepts: Duration Is King

We are stacking Power Duration to maximize The Crusher uptime, as well as maintaining A.R.M.O.R Dimensional Power Portal Generator's uptime for all allies. Due to having an extremely short sig CD that also has charges, we can always float a charge or two to make sure that we hit signature as soon as our Power Portal goes away. As long as you hit the +50% Power Duration, the portal will last longer than the internal CD, meaning you can sig as soon as the portal goes away for another. For an extreme support setup, swap talents in Row 3 for Force Barriers, so you can provide the team a constant barrier. I'd warn this is excessive for most Marvel Heroes Content, but a choice nonetheless.

Priorities

You want to get charges rolling so CDs can start cycling, but otherwise we're just working down the skill bar with the exception of being mindful of signature charges and use to insure Power Portal is always up. With our flexibility due to all the charge based powers, we can also be mindful that we have a window after we hit the signature (assuming +1000 on Catalyst) where we should try to dump most of our damage.

 - Keep in mind this is a ground DoT that benifits from our Duration, so only reapply as right before it disappears, but also try to attach it after a signature for the +1000.

Snapshotting

“Take a picture, it will last longer”

Snapshotting is taking advantage of a momentarily boosted stat or buff to cast an ability that benefits from the boons, and with duration continue to benefit from it after the momentary boost wears off.

In Invisible Woman's case, we want to snapshot as much of our lingering damage after our Signature (including another signature!) to maximize the buffs from our Catalyst +1000 and while we are inside our Power Portal Generator. The most important skill to snapshot with maximum buffs going is our heavy hitting, duration boosted skill, The Crusher. And while less important, keeping boosted Storm of Spheres up will add a big benifit over an encounter.

Talents Explained

Row 1: Talent 1 - This is why we chain Invisibility into Resonating Wave, to insure the critical hit on RW.

Row 2: Talent 3 - Our rotation cycles quickly so we will have an easy time keeping this buff up. Keep it in mind when snapshotting.

Row 3: Talent 1 - This is why after our  rotation, we want to try and fit Crashing Wave Style three times to get orbs out.
      - Alternatively, for a hyper defensive group setup you can use 3:2.

Row 4: Talent 3 - We're already spamming invisibility, this just makes the button that much better of a setup.

Row 5: Talent 1 - Damage is good.

Rank 20 Ultimate?
I personally don't have Rank20 Ultimate, but that doesn't mean you shouldnt upgrade it! I left it at R1 as I wanted to represent the gear and IP I used for the recorded videos and snapshots below. I think IW would greatly benifit from a Rank20 Ultimate, as that would increase her sig damage by 20% which is an ability we are using very often.

Portal Generator is emphasized a lot in the writeup but not essential for the build. It just heavily helps with our snapshotting and charge juggling.

Gear Alternatives: We really want to hit the 50% Power Duration, but if missing a piece most of IWs gear is fine.

A Cosmic Ring (+3/+3) will give marginally better output, but the window of immunity on the sling accompanied by how often youre spamming signature makes this an extremely tanky option for very little output loss.

IP Priority

 

152 ip -> Temporal Loophole (SPE) - Attack speed and movement are QOL.

150 ip -> Energy Node (ENE)
150 ip -> Durability Node (DUR)
... or
150 ip -> Mental Focus (INT)
150 ip -> Strike Through (STR)


Extra ip -> Durability Node

What IP node you aim for first is up to some preference, but I'd highly recommend TempLoop. Normally when evaluating 40%+ Crit Damage vs 6 Main Stat (24%+ Base Damage), it really depends on your crit rating and overall gear setup.

If you're not sure what order to do, I'd suggest the order above. You'll notice 6 points in Crit Chance and Brut Strike, which is worth it if youre not near 150 thresholds as 0.6% rounds up to 1% in #gazmath. Also one point in the Infusions is worth it as they scale with your base damage.

Known Bugs

Skill Charges - Skill Charges will often bug out and either show full charges or empty charges. This is a visual client-side bug, and the server knows what you have. To avoid the problem, try not to spam the same charge ability multiple times. If it happens, just remember the flow of  and it should update. The most important thing to note that if visually it doesnt make sense, assume that on the backend its working.
