My other She-Hulk build has a more in-depth explanation, and you can read it here, but I wanted to post this guide for people who are interested in the Legal Team talent in the fourth row. To be honest, this isn't really a true summoner build because you're still punching and a lot, but as far as I can tell, having the surprise witness summon is the best single-target dps for She-Hulk.

This build is extremely tanky thanks to the litigation shield talent on the second row, and having the lawyer up heal. The single-target dps on this build is also very strong. However, the clear and mobility is not quite as good as the AoE Elbow build, but it's still fine.

 

Rotation: 

To Start:  ->  ->  -> .

 

After each signature:  (if at full combo points) ->  ->  ->  ->  ->  5x, then , repeat the final part until . There is a good chance you will have  off cooldown the moment you get to full combo points, in that case don't  right away, use the signature, then . Hit  whenever it's off cooldown.

 

If you don't have a cosmic slot 2, then , , or are fine. For slot 5,  is also very good, replace  or  with .

 

Artifact Substitutes:  , , , , .  (yes, really, the proc is very good)
