hey guys this build is alot of fun to me so i wil share it..Blink Strike  from Nightcrawler teleport is also melee core power is really good 

no cooldown and does some good melee , physical damage. Let me know what do you think of the build.

 

 

Most of the powers is Area related powers so thats why i have the synergy set to area powers and the physical synergy is for the melee , physical powers like Crimson Sweep  from X 23 wich is also a bleeding power , area power , Blink strike

 from Nightcrawler is also Melee , physical damage Teleport power. And Teleportal from the Deciever's is a area

mental damage ,  movement , Teleport , dash , Attrition , power.

 

 

Curse of helfire you loos 5 % health per second but not if you have infernal meteor  in your stolen powers 

you will loos no health.and if you have curse of helfire  you get 4s cooldown on infernal meteor  in your stolen powers

Curse of helfire   gives you base damage to mental powers 10%  not physical base damage thats is a typo, and base damage to melee powers

Mental Damage = Wrath off Muspelheim  from Surtur = mental, energie, impact ,area power And Teleportal from the Deciever's = mental damage , area ,movement , Teleport . Dash , Attrition power

Melee Power = blink Strike  from Nightcrawler = also core teleport. And Crimson Sweep from X 23 = also bleed , area core, power

 

 

Mystical Healing  from N'astirh's mystical magic to heal yourself,and cause rock eruptions knocks enemies back  so if you

need healing and you out of combat you can swap that power to heal.

Talents & Traits

 

Demolition  from crosbones gives you 5 sec cooldown reduction for your signature  Recall Overload and 10 % damage to your signature  Recall Overload 

Hevenly weapons master  from angela gives you base damage for bleeding powers 25 % crimson sweep  from x 23 is a bleeding power and hevenly weapons master  form angela also gives you base damage 15 % to bleeding enemies

Tyrannical Ambition  from Red Skull gives you

 

Base damage 7.5 % when you use a stolen Atrittion power =        

Base damage 7.5 % when you use a stolen enhancement power =       

Base damage 7.5 % when you use a stolen impact power =      

 

 

Passives

 

Total recall  gives you 5 sec cooldown on your signature  Recall Overload

Mimetic Mutation base damage 15 % for stolen powers & spirit cost reduction - 10 % for stolen powers

Loos Gloves Gloves off  is automatically applied at no cost whenever you use your signature  Recall Overload

 

dont use  while in combat reduce the cooldown of signature powers by 10 %  cosmic afix on your artifat you only get 2 second's cool down

that is becuase you have the Demolition  from Crossbones wich gives you -5 second's cooldown and +10% signature damage  and the passive Total Recall witch gives you another -5 second's cooldown to your signature  Recall Overload 

Total cooldown for your signature Recall Overload is 20 sec in game
