Hello! This is a guide to get you through the Cosmic Trial with Punisher. Note: This is NOT the best Punisher. It is NOT end game Punisher. You will not find the BiS items in this build. 

Set Up

I capped myself at 150 Infinity Points for these trial guides. It won't take too long to build up that many. By the time you've leveled up a few characters for synergies and farmed some Heroic (Red) Challenges and terminals for some gear you may even be past 150 IP when you try the trial. Worst thing that can happen when you try the trial is you fail there is no punishment. So give it a shot and see if you're missing damage, survivability or both.

Not all end game builds work equally well with less IP and gear. I tried a couple of the builds that already existed and found one that worked well to get through the Cosmic Trial.

Synergies

I did not have optimal synergies for this. Just used the best of what I had. We're looking for crit damage, fighting, int, brut damage, ranged and physical. Some notables that I did not have that would be better are: Beast and Ultron for Int, War Machine for Fighting, Moon Knight has Phys Crit, Hawkeye Crit Damage.

Infinities

As I said in the Set Up. I capped myself at 150 (ish) IP. I put 37 ranks into Temporal Loophole in the Time Stone. Attack Speed and Movement Speed are both incredibly powerful. And 1 point into Time Gem Infusion.

Gear 

 - This is the highest damage option at i70.

I used a  and . Any 4 of those 6 would work just fine. 
Use Hela Blessings on your artifacts. They can be transferred to new artifacts when you find better. A good source of power early on.

Punisher's own uniques work for slot 1-5.There's better in some slots but we're trying to make gear as easy to get as we can.

- I did use this. You want to make sure you have enough ammo to not run out before your reload is back up. But you also don't want to have too much ammo. More you have to dump to get the buff on your reload.  would be best obviously if you have the resources.

 -For the medkit you want the shield on med kit use, health and spirit on medkit use, stealth on medkit use, health on hit and intelligence. (+3 Int or Fighting will work. Also prioritize the shield on medkit use as the must have). There's no reason not to craft crit damage on your catalyst.

 -Inisgnia -Punisher Insignia. Crit hit and Crit Damage are ideal.

 - Has fighting and other decent stats.

Team Up

Jessica Jones is kind of becoming my default here. The grouping is just too good.

Playstyle

"Pineapple Grenade applies vulnerablity.  After that the goal is essentially to get rid of all of our charges while the buff from 
The Whole 9 Yards is active.  Rocket-propelled Grenade and Magnum should be used first to help maximize the execute on Sniper Shot, in what order doesn't really matter.  If you're feeling fancy you can even weave the two in order to abuse animation cancelling and save time.  After your charges have been expended throw the second Pineapple Grenade to re-apply vulnerability then use Ol' Painless to use up ammo.  You should be able to Rapid Reload with under 25% ammo remaining but before running out.  Use The Davy Crockett whenever it's off cooldown" - From Remi's Punisher Guide.

"The only other thing about Punisher is that his greatest survivability mechanic is that he's fully ranged with very long ranged skills and ridiculous area damage. Namely, positioning with Punisher makes a huge difference. If you can do it well then you're probably never going to go below half health. If not then it will feel like you're spending a lot of time running for your life." - Remi

 - Filler, Spender, Ammo Dump.

- Area Damage, Vulnerability.

- Damage CD.

-Damage CD, Area.

- Use last, execute damage.

- Reload when you're under 25% ammo.
