17.04.25: So got a 80 legendary shield and after quite some tests, kill time is just the same as with gungnir, so just use if you got one, will be even more survivable in cosmic patrols etc.

I can comforably solo any cosmic patrol wave, cosmic ultron terminal and so on with this build, but for now updating and testing is pointless till i get access to the other 80 legendarys (2 weeks still) and cosmic artifacts with acceptable rolls.

Still it's a very fun build with the auto brut from and auto crit from :D

15.04.25: Changed some infinities around, changed lvl 56 talent to Controlled Engagement, changed Neural Network to Psychokinetic Barrier. Feels way nicer to play like that in cosmic patrols and stuff, barrier does some damage, applies weaken and gives a little absorb shield, it's great! now doesn't reduces Sig cooldown by 2 seconds, so rotation is just hold  apply dot and spam shit.

Also changed to cosmic for now.

Other options that come out roughly the same in general gameplay are

Nothing special just my exact build right now, improvements ongoing no 80 legendary yet.

It feels very survivable, damage is okay but quite stagnating, still comparable to phoenix build.

Need way more infinity points, 80 legendary and no shitty rolled cosmic artifacts :D
