Doom himself received buffs to his skills, the most relevant is the increase to Channeled Torment's damage when specced into the 3:1 talent.

Time Gem - Temporal Loophole (37/50), Infusion (1/50) [152 points]

Mind Gem - Mental Focus (150/150) [150 points]

Power Gem - Strike Through (75/75) [150 points]

Reality Gem - Energy (6 points initially) [150 points]

Space Gem - Gravity Well (75/250) [150 points]

Soul Gem - Inner Resilience (25/50) [150 points]

 

Note: After these initial placements, put 6 points into Mind Over Matter and Superhuman. Then put 1 point into the remaining infusions. I focused on Intelligence until 10 points and then maxed out Temporal Loophole afterwards. Future node to go for would be Potency.
