Doom is not so easily defeated!

Update Log:
[Update 6/260 - Minor changes, swapped the hero synergy Magneto out & replaced it with the Cable synergy, also updated infinity total to 1408. ttk vid updated to reflect the changes, coming in at 1:37s for the cosmic dummy now.
[Update 6/22] - Artifact Gem of the Kursed changed out for Siege's Cosmically Enhanced Targeting System & new Infinity distribution updated as well for 1355 total points, Slot 1/5 unique enchants changed to Crit rating. ttk vid updated to reflect changes.
[Update 4/15] - Golden Bow of Apollo Legendary replaced for The Warlock's Eye as it has been giving me better results now that the proc's on the Bow have been reduced & also obtained Cosmic Crossbones artifact upgrade w/ +150 spirit while in combat affix. Infinity distribution updated & ttk video's updated to reflect changes in gearing.
[Update 4/1] - Insignia changed to Mr F with Area dmg/Crit Dmg, Rest of the gearing remains the same atm, Updated Infinity Distribution & hero Synergy picks for patch 2.07, ttk vid updated.
[Update 3/16] - Section with vidoes added showing the Build in Action through various cosmic Bounty fullclears.
[Update 3/6] - Artifacts updated, now using Cosmic Loki Crown, Cosmic Hand of Doom, medallion swapped back to Infernal skrull medal & ttk video updated for patch 2.05

Greetings and welcome fellow Doombots!
In light of the "BIGGEST UPDATE EVER" for MarvelHeroes 2016 I felt that it was time for a Fresh Re-vamp of Tri-Doom to kick off the patch!
With this update sadly Doom loses access to his once unique mechanic of having multiple Signatures at the same time. Without really gaining much else in return, but that doesn't exactly mean "Tri-doom is dead"..merely a minor setback. For nothing can stop the True Might & Glory that is DOCTOR DOOM!
So to start it off here is a previously popular build option all redone to work with the new system changes and help you get a headstart on your 2017 Farming.
(Disclaimer: Nothing is final yet as i continue to update the build & test out different things)
I welcome any and all comments/suggestions/feedback. Ultimately the goal is to have fun with however you enjoy playing DOOM!

Talents:
Row 1 - You cannot run: This is picked not only for the 25% dmg boost to
but also largely due to the fact that it currently counts each
as a seperate layer! Effectively allowing you to stack it 3 times total for extra damage.
(The issue was reported multiple times on the TC, yet still came to live so whether it's a bug or intended is yet to be seen)
Secondary choice - You cannot resist: Another good option, gives you and you allies a buff aura for +10% crit rating multiplier & +10% damage increase. If or When "You cannot run" get's fixed/nerfed then this is most likely going to be my choice pick for Doom.
Row 2 - Doom upon you: Primary pick for the build, used not only for an additional twice per second damage layer & Vulnerability but also for the added Magic sustain in longer fights. As the goal is to stay above 75% total resources for increased
hits.
Row 3 - Deploy Doombots: Is chosen not only for the Damage Boost to
, but also because it essentially provides you with 2 extra twice per second damage layers via Bots (
&
) & a Taunt spamming Shieldbot
to hold aggro while only requiring 1 of the bots on the hotbar to summon all 3 at once.
Secondary choice - Suffer no fools: Another good option if using summons is not for you, Simply replace
with
on the hotbar while you have this talent picked.
Row 4 - A man of many talents: Mandatory pick for this particular Tri-Doom setup, As picking either of the other 2 choices in this tier will lock out your resource spending Tech/Magic powers completely.
Row 5 - Mystic Domination: Since using multiple sigs is no longer an option I chose to go with his Mental typed sig as it not only provides a 25% dmg buff for 8s to mental powers but also becasue it is a Large initial burst hit with a strong Dot attached to all targets it damages, which then lets you get back to dishing out the punishment immediatly afterwards.
Secondary choice - Fit to rule: This is another great option, one that synergizes well with the other secondary choices too & also provides a 25% buff on use to Physical & Energy powers for 8s. Downside of this pick however is the sig roots you in place for the duration of the 3s channel animation.

Gearing:
Catalyst: Mystical Energies Preferably with these affixes
- Invis on medkit
- Regenerate 25% Hp (3000) & Spirit (100) on Medkit use
- +3 Intelligence or Energy
- 418 Health on Hit
Cosmic Bonus: (Depending on what you want/need be it Higher dps or higher ttl...)
- After using a signature power, gain 1000 Damage Rating for 4s
or
- Gain a damage shield for %50 of your maximum health on medkit use.
Mystical Bonus: (Personally i prefer the 500 health regenerate on being hit, however both work great...)
- 10% Chance when you are hit to regenerate 500 health (2s Cooldown)
or
- When your health drops below 20% become invisible for 15s (15s Cooldown)
Unique Alternatives: If not able to Access the Raid uniques for slots 1 & 5 atm, then some different options are as follows. In no particular order of effectiveness.

Some Notes on Medallions - Cosmic Bullseye, Bravery & the Shield Agent medallions were all coming in tied with ttk's so use whichever is available. Cosmic Infernal skrull medallion was coming just slightly ahead of those 3 with a 1:53s ttk.
Insignia Alternatives: Ideally a Mr F. insignia With Either Crit rating/Ranged Damage/Brut rating & Crit Damage rating affixes preferably, Or if a slightly higher Hp pool is desired then Health/Critdmg will suffice also.
