4/13/17 Update: Bow is still better than Eye. TTK remains at 1:25 with improved infinities; updated those. Added a weaving ttk.
Ghost Rider is so damn fun right now. No trickery in this build. Just hold Damnation, refresh DoTs each time the cooldown on Burn The Treads is up, and use your other cooldowns as soon as you can.
1:25 cosmic dummy ttk
For weaving just replace Judgment with Hellfire Beam and tap Beam's hotkey a couple times a second.
