is the c/d filler and has bonus damage whilst stances are on cooldown.

On rotation I hit the next move on or just after 3 o'clock on c/d timer before hitting the next power as it tends to flow better. 

The end power rotations on the above reset cooldowns for both stances and powers with exception of the sig. 

Alternative gear/artifacts: (aside from hero specific)

   Raid uniques

  Danger Room artifacts

  Easier to come by, Boss drops from patrols/terms etc. 

 Lower Asgard, post-event vendor. 

I have found this build to offer a decent balance of def/att. I haven't bothered with a dash because Iron Fist can clear his own path. This may cause problems on Axis raid, if so blame 'lag'. ;) 

This build is very easy to use.
