For bounty clearing/BIF farming use   over and swap in for and take rolling thunder in row 3 as the dot from Black Poison Touch and the mental aoe on melee strike clears very quick as you will see in the skrull terminal video.

General Rotation
Open with stance, and proceed left to right on the bar as CD's come up. most cosmic terminal bosses will die by time 1 or 2 cycles through the power bar is done and in longer fights just try to time your stance opener resets so you can get as many procs to master of many styles as possible.

Infinity System
Mind: Calculated Efficiency > Intelligence.
Power: Strength.
Reality: 1 point Inner Resilience > Tilt the Odds > Magic Bullets > Inner Resilience > Anything.
Soul: Fighting.
Space: Red Shift > Anything.
Time: Temporal Hoophole > Time Flux > Anything.

Alternate/Cosmic Artifact

If you do not have a cosmic GOK, use edge of infinity in its place.

Cosmic affix priority is +1 all > -15% cost > -10% sig cooldown > anything else.

Slot 1

Is essentially equal to Fragment so if you want to free up FoT for another hero, grab a mace or use

Slot 2

Can be used also without losing any noticible DPS. User preference here.

Slot 3

If you are chasing a 20 second signature CD (50% cost reduction) use

Legendary

In terms of DPS axe blows the competition away. You can however use  for some extra TTL.

Team Up
I have pirate Deadpool, server lag is just an amazing TU power and provides extra TTL without having to gear for it. Coulson or Carnage will give you the greatest boss killing potential (not that IF needs it).
