   This build tries to balance survivability with decent damage. I will give plenty of choices bellow for you to fit best your playstyle and game mode you are playing. As long as skills goes, i use  for trash cleaning, but if you don't see use in that you can go with  instead and use Unexpected Recovery in 3rd row of talents. 
   If you manage to keep your Wrath up and running,  can replace , Opening Technique may be picked over Deadly Grace on 2nd row of talents.

Other viable itemization choices:



Slots 1-5: If you don't have those use her own uniques. 

Pet:
- Purple affix can be crit or brut as well;
- Yellow affix can be crit hit and atk Speed;
- Unique affix can be be +3 Speed.

- Other affixes you should look for: Health, Melee Dmg, crit and brut chance.

Infinity System Priority:
*I am using 1700 points because it's near the player with most infinity points in game. 



- Health on Hit 9/50 = 54 points (Soul Gem)
- Brutal Damage MAX = 150 points (Power Gem)
- Durability 6/∞ = 150 points (Space Gem)
- Atk and Move speed 38/50 = 152 points (Time Gem)
- Critical Damage MAX = 150 points (Mind Gem)
- Damage to Signature 150/200 = 150 points (Reality Gem)
- Health on Hit 25/50 = 96 points (Soul Gem)
- Damage to Signature MAX = 50 points (Reality Gem)
- Atk and Move speed MAX = 48 points (Time Gem)
- Durability ∞/∞ = ∞ points (Space Gem)


If survivability is needed, first change your itemization (try Excalibur and Relic of Lemuria). If you still having trouble keep Damage to Signature at 150/200 and take as much as needed from Durability and place it in Defense > Health on Hit > Base Health
