I think this is the best i can come up with, pure aoe cable. It's funny coz u can practically purchase the whole artifact row and use a non cosmic ctc since he wants to not have 10% sig

Cosmics are stand-ins for omega items

a slot 2 and possibly slot 3 with decent rolls and omega might affix might perform better.

other good alternative for an artifact is  funnily enough, it consistently performed better than a from my tests. 

isn't bad either as it never is but i dont struggle with survival

rotation is this

->->->-> is the main rotation hold  and click   per sometime, or do vice versa whichever is easier

when sig is on cooldown use  asap so it lines up with it when it comes off cooldown, then do the above rotation without the sig
