CORE OF THE BUILD

SMASH Cooldown(CD) ability BUTTONS to reduce CD, use  for a lot of benefits and use  ->  ->  for big burst of DAMAGE!

 

ABILITIES

 used as basic attack. Very strong because of bleed!

 applies vulnerability and gives mobility

 has auto-crit and high damage

 2 seconds CD for faster CD reduction and aoe

 buffs damage, generates anger, quick animation for CD reduction, stuns bosses, fears enemies, weakens foes...

 BIG AOE DAMAGE

 BIG AOE DAMAGE that resets all CD including the signature!

 

TALENTS

1:1 Anger acts as 2nd healthbar: This makes Hulk much more survivable
1:2 Revive and 20% deflect chance: not worth
1:3 Deafening Roar heals 20% max health: Now a viable option, but doesn't beat 1:1
-> 1:1 Deafening Roar generates 50 % anger, which helps a ton for filling up your anger for the buffs in over all content and with getting your anger back when 1:1 activates. 1:1 basically acts a 2nd life without kneeling down and 10m cooldown and combined with the Roar Hulks survivability goes through the roof.

2:1 is over shadowed by the 2 other options
2:2 Deafening Roar gives up to a 20 % dmg buff and u take 20 % more dmg.
2:3 Buffs Anger bonuses by 50 %
-> 2:2 With Deafening Roar in our arsenal, 2:2 is actually not only a viable but also best in slot (BIS) option for the total dmg increase, making Hulk even stronger.

3:1 Using Powers reduces CD of all powers
3:2 Meteor strike uses up Anger to reduce it's CD
3:3 Signature CD is shortened by number of enemies hit
->3:1 All 3 reduce cooldowns but only one reduces the CD of all powers and it's BIS. This talent is also one more reason why Deafening Roar works. It has a quick animation and shortens the CD of the damaging abilities.

4:1 TLDR more mobility and cratering stomps gains 1 extra charge
4:2 Gamma Strike deals more dmg, gets a CD and 2 Charges
4:3 Pummel CD reduced, 1 extra charge and more dmg
-> 4:3 is the best dps option

5:1 Knuckledusters: CD reduced, +10 % Base Atk speed
5:2 Robble Toss CD reduced from 6s to 2s and more dmg
5:3 Hulk smash now fills anger up to 100% and always bruts
->5:2 is way to good in combination with 3:1 and bis. 5:3 is also viable and will add survivability. Hulk Smash also has a nice aoe, but sadly it's animation is a bit long and Roble Toss has less CD. Going for a Knuckledusters build like in pre-tbue didn't perform well overall.

Ring (TBUE): Try to get a omega rarity ring. You want it to have Crit Damage as main stat and Brutal Damage + Brutal Strike Rating as substats. High rolls on offensive stats is more important then having the best defensive stat (health).

Legendary: If u haven't unlocked lvl 80 legendaries use .

Insignia: Try to get any Insignia fitting to Hulk with the substats being Crit Rating and Crit Damage.

Slot 1: If you can't afford FoT, use 

Slot 2 (TBUE): Try to get omega slot 2 with Crit Rating / Crit DMG / BRUT DMG / defensive stat. Fillers:    

Slot 3 (TBUE): Try to get omega slot 2 with Crit Rating / Crit DMG / BRUT DMG / 1% DMG per 50 Anger. Fillers:  

Slot 4 (TBUE): Try to get omega slot 2 with Brut Rating / Crit DMG / BRUT DMG / Anger. Fillers: 

Slot 5 (TBUE): There is a new raid unique named Monument of Ell (you can't unbind it!). It's op. Fillers: 

 

Infinity Points

1. 152 into Attack speed %
2. 152-302 into Durability
3. 302-452 into Crit Damage %
4. 452-602 into Brutal Damage %
5. 602-802 into Signature Damage %
6. 802-940 into Brutal Stike % (46 points -> 46 bcs x.6 always gets rounded up)
7. 940-1124 into Crit Strike % (46 points...). Since Hulk has very high base brutal strike rating, it's very good on him.
8. 1124-1148 put 1 point into the Proc on each gem
9. 1148-1196 max out Attack speed %
10. 1196 onwards dump into Durability
