I've never made a build on here, but with the new TBUE I thought I would share my Cable build at the moment. This is how I'm running cable for the time being. After more exploration into the new omega gear it is subject to change.

   When I'm Cable I want to shoot my rifle! You have to get that 2:3 talent running and squeeze 5:1 in there to take advantage of the new Hyper Viper Beam buff. Since you have to have 1 of each mastery I put 3:2 in there and use  psimitar thrust, even though 3:1 makes plasma rifle a basic skill and free, but we have a workaround for the cost of firing the plasma rifle with spirit cost. On the catalyst we're running 5 spirit on hit(1 sec cooldown) and spirit per hit perk on the pet. You will still burn some spirit but the 3000 heal and 100 spirit gain on medkit use on catalyst can easily keep you topped up. The 4th row of talents appears to give 50% bonus to their particular skill type so I've picked 4:2 to get that arsenal bonus.

   There might be some better gear combinations but i kind of just wanted to throw out some ideas for Cable enjoyers that want to shoot his gun and not swing around a spear :)
