This build was only in video format on the discord, so I figured I would put it together on here, so that it is easier to find and use. All credit for the build goes to Nephrion in the CoA discord.

The Artifacts were glitching out, so on the ones that aren't cosmic, you want them to be cosmic and then go with the normal stuff, like sig cd, defense rating, health, etc, basically whatever you would want. Definitely at least the sig cd though.

For the Legendary you can use Shield of Perseus for more defense, or the M'kraan Crystal for more damage. Also I changed the relic from the Gibborim to the Atlantis one as there is nothing in the build that scales damage based on maximum spirit so I felt it was useless. If you want to use the build as a 1 to 1 then go with the Gibborim.

Also changed the Slot 2-4 enchants to Health from Spirit because again, I am not seeing anything that scales damage off of maximum spirit.

Team-Up Items are buggy on the site, these are pretty straight forward. Get things like Crit Damage, Physical and Energy damage where you can. Then maybe things like total defense, deflect rating, health, etc.

I tried putting in a little more info from the little bit I know about the game into this that was missing from the video as there is no voice it's just gameplay and scrolling through the gear.

Seems like a pretty solid build, and it's the first Black Bolt build on here that is for CoA.
