Unibeam to clear remaning enemies or lined of enemies 

Death From Above for quick movement and Signature / Microlaser positioning

Arc Reactor Overload on cooldown if below 100% HP

Microlasers to lined up 3+ enemies or bosses that leapt or went away

Dash for classic mobility, do not use it to position self for Signature

after getting 6 Intelligence and 6 Energy you can go into 2 routes

-Buff signature damage more, which is the core of the build

or

-Buff suit power

For TUs, I use Pirate Deadpool for easy Signature positioning

Since Signature gives invulnerability, and we have Arc Reactor Overload, you should be just fine against any cosmic bosses and mobs.

Positioning and mobility is the key.
