I was asked to share my build for storm on COA.

Pretty simple and easy build. It works well due to the 50% decreased cooldowns.

I am stacking attack speed for the spammable Electrocute. Everything else we use on a timer or on CD.

Start with the 3 aoe dots (Lightning Storm, Crashing Hail, Sudden Tornadoes). Hit the Signature. This will fill the Tempest bar and allow the use of Storm Surge and Billion Volt Strike. Spam Electrocute until you need to refresh the dots or anything comes off of CD. 

With the cooldown reduction, we can keep her in Tempest Surge 100% of the time without any issues, also her Signature has a  very short cooldown.

She has phenomenal AOE, but was lacking ST damage for bosses. I found that Sudden Tornadoes will all stack on the boss if only 1 is present, so I opted for the extra tornado and extra wind damage. Electrocute also seemed to be the best ST spam she has available especially with high attack speed.
