Note: This build is mainly made as a goals list. Many of the options are based on my own playstyle and experience, and I highly recommend cross-checking with other builds and switching things around if something doesn't suit you.
Also note that this is a build used on MH Reborn, with all changes to content and character stats made there, and might not work as well on other servers.

 

This build focuses on dealing damage by using Tornado Kick as often as possible, preferably with Radar Ping active.
With Tornado Kick's 100% Brutal Chance, this means a high focus on Damage and Brutal Damage, with a secondary focus on Attack Speed and defensive stats.

 

Rotation
Main Rotation:

  • Quickly build back up to 5 Combo Points to apply Radar Ping to nearby enemies, then use Tornado Kick before it's 3-second cast window ends.

  • Use Rebounding Club every few seconds to apply Vulnerability. Good for taking out groups of Normal or Elite mobs.
  • Use Apprehend to apply Weaken and can pull distant mobs to you.
  • Use Heroic Leap to break CC or dodge incoming telegraphed attacks.

 

Infinity Points
This build is set to hit 900 IP, to get the 150 IP bonus for each Stone at minimum, and you can really just do whatever order you want.
Time - 38x Temporal Loophole (Attack and Move Speed)
Mind - 50x Mental Focus (Crit Damage), 25x Mind Over Matter (Crit Chance)
Power - 75x Strike Through (Brutal Damage)
Reality - 150x Potency (Signature Damage)
Soul - 25x Inner Resilience (Health on Hit)
Space - 50x Micro-Warps (Defense), 50x Gravity Well (Health)
Put extra IP into whatever you want, then Attribute Points - Speed (Time) and Fighting (Soul)

 

Hero Synergies
Blade
- Attack Speed and Health on Hit.
Carnage - Health on Hit.
Colossus - Health and Physical Damage. Can be swapped with Luke Cage for Defense instead of Health.
Daredevil - Damage vs. Normals/Elites and Melee Damage.
Elektra - Physical Damage and Damage vs Bosses.
Moon Knight - Physical Crit Rating.
Nightcrawler - Melee Damage.
She-Hulk - Physical Damage and Health Regen.
Squirrel Girl - Damage vs Bosses.
Wolverine - Brutal Rating and Damage.

 

Alternative Skills
Nunchuck Beatdown > Assault and Battery or Staff Strike
Swap based on your preference.

Street Sweeper > Whirling Club
Swap if you don't want the few seconds of animation lock that Street Sweeper has. This lets you play a bit more dynamically and potentially hits more enemies with one move, though dealing less damage in smaller groups or Boss fights.

Heroic Leap > Action Roll
Heroic Leap lets you jump over obstacles and walls but has little use in combat, while Action Roll will let you Knock Down enemies and gives a short Movement Speed boost.

 

Alternative Talents
32: Extra Torque
More targets with Street Sweeper, but lose the Crit+Brutal damage with Jumping Strike gained from Knockout Punch.

38: Gatecrasher or Strong Jabs
Pick whichever one matches your chosen Opener skill.

44: Cyclone of Violence
Pick this if you struggle with staying alive.

50: Set an Example
Increases Devil's Due damage and all damage for 5 seconds after using it, but lose the CD Reduction from Fighting Rythm.
