Logan was given the temporary uber treatment by the CoA devs on 4/30/26, and therefore needs a build that doesn't follow his usual norms. 

Logan was given the following passives from Rogue's list of stolen powers:

Taskmaster: He gains 1.5% base damage from every stat in addition to the 4% per fighting and int. They now give 5.5% per point. In addition, 15% defense, deflect and dodge rating multiplier. +360 defense, deflect, dodge rating

Drax: +25% brutal strike chance, -10% crit hit chance

There may be other passives like we saw with Fury and Squirrel Girl that I'm missing here but this is all I've figured out from testing.

In addition he has 130% attack speed and a crazy crit hit multiplier behind the scenes that sets his crit hit to 98% the minute you put on any source of crit hit rating. His Swift Claws are always Bloody Claws. He has Ghost Riders Infernal Contract on those same claws reducing his health by half, increasing his damage resistance by 35% and significantly increaseing his crit, brut, crit damage and brut damage ratings. 

His slot 2, 3 and 4 choices are made to ensure Elektra summon is up permanently. Those three pieces ensure that as soon as you hear Elektra finish her leaving emote you can use your sig and pop her right back out again. 

Legendary wise you can literally use anything. I generally use perseus for comfort, godkiller for IP farming and Nullifier in raids. 

 is there for more survivability. Many other artifacts can also be used like , , etc just dont use any artifacts with increased attack speed if you plan to ever use his ultimate. Basically Wolverine does so much damage you could prob just play him naked.
