I normally do detailed write-ups, and maybe this guide will have one eventually, but I want to post this so it's documented, and detailed write-ups take a long time. I don't think a hybrid weaving build exists yet on mhbugle, and I'm pretty confident it's the best Cable build.

The one item that is worth mentioning is . Despite this build using zero summons, the procs on Trident are very strong and good for hybrids who aren't physical+energy and can use Norn Stones. gets similar results, but one of the procs on Trident also heals so I recommend using Trident over Gungnir.

Rotation:  -  -  -  -  - Hold  - tap  every two . Reapply  after your 8 second cooldown powers,  and . Rinse and repeat, make sure   is applied before  explodes. The cooldowns on both powers sync together.
