Not going to do a detailed write up like my other guides because I want to make sure this build is documented and posted ASAP. There's no rollout builds on bugle, afaik. Or at least good ones. This build works with applied barrier too, replace resonating wave with force pillar and change talent rows 1 and 2 to the middle talent.

Rotation is basically start with invisibility then start spamming all your cooldowns in this order, resonating wave, seeker orbs, signature, then start back at invisibility and cycle through again. Apply dots with at least one invisbility stack. Once you're out of most of your cooldowns, Roll Out!. Rinse and Repeat. Reapply dots after every rollout.

A few notes:

Slot 2:  is also good. I didn't test it, but it could be bis.

Slot 3: Her own slot 3 is also very good.
