Everything contained in this build is the result of testing other builds on the site, trying new things and overall just trial and error to see "what works for me". A lot changes in this game based on IP amount & crafting investment. Take everything here only as a suggestion :)

 

This build is offense focused with high burst damage every 30 seconds thanks to Cat's Meow & the Elektra summon having matching recast times. 9 lives and Black Cat's high mobility are the primary means of survival while the Soul & Mind Gem bonuses provide healing and helps proc our invisibility on medkit.

 

Uniques

Slot 1

I use this over fragment due to the arrow wave proc damage and making her opener more potent. Ranged stats may not help boost Claw damage but does affect traps and can make for some nice burst damage when casting .

I personally do not invest infinity points into attack speed since I use this option as one of my sources of attack speed.

 

 Honestly between this and the Bow, its hard to tell at times which one comes out on top. Fragment gives a massive crit damage & brutal damage boost, potent DoT, self sustain, and defensive stats plus a revive should you go through all 9 lives. Also damage rating is sky high. Superior overall DPS compared to other options. Invest in infinity point attack speed if using this option.

 

Use this if you do not want to invest into raid uniques. Grants melee damage, self sustain, critical and brutal damage as well as a potental +2 Fighting / Speed. Overall a great personal unique

 

Slot 2

  All desirable stats for helping do more damage and in my opinion the best option for her. Power duration, base attributes and a proc buff all make this a preferred choice.

 Alternative, more defensive option. Power Duration is its focus and also gives Fighting for a base damage bump. 9 lives are good and this gives you a 10th.

 

Slot 3

 Her personal unique is the best choice here. Brutal strike and damage stacked on top of some critical hit and even includes much needed spirit regeneration on hit. This is everything you want on her.

 Another option that you can use but I wouldn't recommend. Coat provides nice brutal strike, brutal damage  and even more power duration. I rank it below her personal unique due to the former having spirit regen on hit and more favorable attributes.

 

Slot 4

 Best in slot option. Potential +3 to Fighting & Speed and an additional +1 all attributes while also giving attack speed, crit rate, crit damage and a chance to knock down enemies on hit making this a very strong option.

 Use these if you do not have the above option. Her uniques are all really good options here.

 Alternative option for power duration enjoyers.

 

Slot 5

Big crit damage bump, damage vs vulnerable and +4 to Fighting & Speed make this the best choice

 These are alright too. Go ahead and wear those shades.

 

Artifacts

 

       

The main setup I like to run. This combo provides high brutal damage, crit damage and is our means of applying vulnerability without using . I recommend swapping out flag for  if additional crit rate is desired. Bandana is used since the Elektra summon is very strong and can easily contribute large amounts of damage when you use   or  . If you want the most uptime with the summon you need to avoid using 10% Signature cooldown reduction on cosmic affixes. Be prepared to constantly hear "Your fate is sealed". Cosmic versions of the Elektra Bandana/Mask exist, I just had to use a non-cosmic here since its all the site currently has available.

Medallion & Rings

 or  or  all work and give needed stats. Skrull medallion is preferred as it provides another source of invisibility and spirit regain on hit. The S.H.I.E.L.D Agent Medallion is perfect for us and if the Damage rating buff aligns with our Cat's Meow and Elektra it pulls ahead as the best DPS of the three. Doom Medallion is a solid choice and can be found in Cosmic Reliquary boxes.

For rings, the choices are mostly between    ,  , , or  with the Bloodstone Demonband being the best IF you can somehow roll multiple desirable stats on one. The Midtown ring is ranked as the best option since its base damage buff works in any combat zone and can easily be activated by using  while also providing a decent amount of crit damage. You can get midtown rings out of Cosmic Midtown Fortune cards while farming Cosmic Rings. Sling Ring drops from Dimensions Collide terminal and finally you can farm Bloodstone Demonband in Limbo.

 

Insignia options

 

 or  or  are all good options but you can use anything that gives Physical, Damage vs Bleeding or Damage rating. You want to get at least 1k Crit damage as one of your random affixes.
