you can pick any tier 3 talent based on your playstyle. i like  and  so Psychic Dampening is more interesting to me.   all great if you want to pick Mind over Matter.
*if you choose Diamond Presence you should look for a mellee oriented build, because your items will change to be phys dmg instead mental dmg.
