Thought Dump

What is this build good for?
You will have near full AOE DPS, so cleaving through adds or bosses doesn't change the playstyle. For patrols you can apply full DPS on all 6 bosses if they are even remotely close together, and in other content you will be clearing adds that approach by accident. Illusions make the build comfy as enemies will rarely target you, and youre constantly giving them new targets to prioratize over you.

Rotation?
You're weaving otherworldly blast before every cast to animation cancel. If you want to make sure it's going off, keep an eye on the spirit gauge and youll see it tick twice (OB+Whatever). During your sig, spam OB+Eternal Flames during downtime to get the few extra OBs out while empowered. Otherwise its CD whackamole with OB leading the cast.

 When either right before or while you have 6 illusions up, and can guarentee enemy stands in aura.
During sig, spam ->->. We're using Eternal Flame purely to give us OB charges, that when empowered make the modified burst rotation worth it. Otherwise continue as normal, and if you can try to lay down a final  before the sig buffs wear off, giving you an additional 8 seconds of empowered dots.

Why 11313
Row 1, (1): Maker gives us three more illusions, which correlates with the Light Beam damage and overall survivability
Row 2, (1): Cold Snap, auto crits and gives ice damage. This will be our hardest hitter, as well as a full AOE screen hit.
Row 3, (3): Ice damage, quick autos stacks our chanceonhits, gets us going 0-100 quicker.
Row 4, (1): Light beam might not give on paper advantages, but in gameplay gives your illusions a much better uptime as well as spread, so extra enemies will be drawn to them over you.
Row 5, (3): Technically (1) is your biggest damage talent, but I value the invisibility and agro drop from Misdirection more, and the 10% ice damage being swapped for 10% fire damage is marginal in the grand scheme of things. 

Why Cobras?
Vuln uptime is good and the stats are solid.

Whats important?
For spirit uptime a Zola or a Catalyst with Spirit Medkit, ideally both for sustained engagements.

But I want to TTK and kill the Raid Dummy!
Go 11321, throw on a book of demonicus, swap misdirection for searing embers.
