Hello! This is a guide to get you through the Cosmic Trial with Spider-Man. Note: This is NOT the best Spider-Man. It is NOT end game Spider-Man. You will not find the BiS items in this build. 

Set Up

I capped myself at 150 Infinity Points for these trial guides. It won't take too long to build up that many. By the time you've leveled up a few characters for synergies and farmed some Heroic (Red) Challenges and terminals for some gear you may even be past 150 IP when you try the trial. Worst thing that can happen when you try the trial is you fail there is no punishment. So give it a shot and see if you're missing damage, survivability or both.

Not all end game builds work equally well with less IP and gear. I tried a couple of the builds that already existed and found one that worked well to get through the Cosmic Trial. 

Synergies

We're focusing on our archetype stats - Strenght and Fighting - after that we're going for Physical Damage mixed with Area and Melee. Squirrel Girl and Wolverine as well of course for boss damage and bruts.

Infinities

I put 38 ranks into Temporal Loophole in the Time Stone. Attack Speed and Movement Speed are both incredibly powerful.

Gear 

- This is the highest damage option at i70 if you choose to go that route. 

  and  are my go to beefy artifact options.   and are decent damage options that are pretty easy to farm up as well. 

His own uniques work for slot 1-5.There's better in some slots but we're trying to make gear as easy to get as we can.

For the medkit you want the shield on med kit use, health on hit, health and fighting.

Inisgnia - I used a Quake Insignia + area damage and mine had melee and brut damage on it.

Team Up

Jessica Jones is kind of becoming my default here. The grouping is just too good.

Playstyle

 

Mostly we're using 3 abilities as our main damage combo.  >  > .

- Hold this down on your target. That way when you leap away it will make Spidey head toward the enemy you want.

- Applies Vulnerability in an area.

- Mostly used defensively for the brief immunity.

- Sometimes   can take you a little farther than you want from your target. This can help you get back. Also breaks CC.

- Hits like an absolute truck. Make sure to throw a  down first for the vulnerability.

- Gets bonus damage from  and buffs it as well. Lowers CD of .

- Gets bonus damage from  and buffs it as well. Lowers CD of .

- Our most constant big damage ability. Sig is more damage but longer CD. We can use this constantly.

 >  >  Like I said be fore these three go together. Start with  then jump out with  and jump back in with . Rinse and repeat. Throw some  in to apply vulnerability and use your  on CD.

I used  right when Red Skull appeared to finish off any adds and start damaging him.
