Activating eradication protocols..

Hello and welcome, this is a summoner build i've recently started working on for Ultron & have been busy finetuning it to try and get the most output as i could from what we have available currently. It has been performing great & I've been having a blast with it.

After lots of trial an error i feel as though it's at a good point to at least put up this initial version so that others may hopefully enjoy trying it out as well while i continue my goals of improving on it & pushing it to it's limits!

So far from my early testing as a pure Summoner, Ultron has been doing about 3:36s ttk (r1 ult) on the Raid Dummy and 19s tkk on the small dummy. At rank 20 Ult about 3:26s ttk on the raid dummy.

About middle of the pack in terms of output compared to other heros imho but still more then enough to comfortably clear all content.

This is a work in progress and i'll update it further as i get the chance so please bear with me. :)

[Update 4/14/25] After further testing, Swapped Octobot for Ultrons hero slot 5, as it's shown to be consistently ahead by at least 7s of octo, With Cobra's hood in the middle of the two, about 2s behind Phalanx.

Gear Options

Uniques:

Slot 1 - ,

Slot 2 -  For those that dislike searching for cosmic's has been about equal in terms of dps output for me and is a great 2nd replacement. Other decent alternatives also are his own slot 2 which is a great 3rd choice and very close behind to the apoc armor by only 1s-2s.  (up to 3 more robots!) & .

Slot 3 - ,

Slot 4 - ,

Slot 5 - ,   or (Moar bots!).

Artifacts:

Below are just a couple different options you can use as you obtain items. With the goal of upping both our dmg and our pets at the same time, so avoiding things like Ranged or Melee damage ratings as they don't affect the pets.

, , , , , , , , , , (Moar bots, handle it!)

Since we are basic spammin as our filler is also a good option for 6 main stat attributes and the big chunk of flat damage ratings it provides once stacked up.

Cosmic Enhancement bonuses:

 - 10% Signature cooldown reduction (most important one to get)

 - +1 Attributes

 - +2000 Health

 - +1500 Deflect, defense or dodge

For our cosmic bonuses we can flat out ignore the +150 spirit & 15% Cost reduction ones since the build uses a basic filler and ultrons natural regeneration more then makes up for the cooldown skills costs.

Insignia:

The is our best option as 1% summon damage = equivalent of 40 summon dmg rating roughly. Add to that we get an additional free pet from the aura as well.

is a good defensive choice for the toughness aura, other options are , ,

With Crit rating/Atk Spd preferably as that was giving the best results, or Brut rate/Atk spd can work as well but was slightly behind. You can also use Crit damage/Brut Damage combo..but i found that to be consistantly slower when testing it out.

Medallions:

, & are other decent option in place of the Sentinel Scenario Medallion . You can find the scenario medal inside the Danger Room from running bought off the event vendor in there.

In terms of effective dps it goes Bravery >/= Sentinel (only 1s difference between the two) > Sinister's > Man-ape.

Rotation

A big chunk of Ultrons dps is locked behind using his signature for the buffs it provides you and your drones and since his drones are auto-summoned when you enter combat it is very important to start with whenever possible.Doing so also activates the 1000 damage rating on sig from our catalyst.

As pets DO snapshot your stats when they are summoned for the most part, its great when all the procs line up for them, albeit can't always time it.

So generally starts off...

-> -> Medkit to proc shield agent pet while buffed -> -> -> -> -> (Filler spam), -> -> -> -> -> -> (Filler spam).

It may vary some as the fights go on due to cd reduction from Operation:Swarm. But in general always try to use Swarm after both Air support/Detonation drones even if that means waiting 1s so as to make use of the cd reduction and get more uptime on the two skills.
