Hello! This is a guide to get you through the Cosmic Trial with Hulk. Note: This is NOT the best Hulk. It is NOT end game Hulk. You will not find the BiS items in this build. 

Set Up

I capped myself at 150 Infinity Points for these trial guides. It won't take too long to build up that many. By the time you've leveled up a few characters for synergies and farmed some Heroic (Red) Challenges and terminals for some gear you may even be past 150 IP when you try the trial. Worst thing that can happen when you try the trial is you fail there is no punishment. So give it a shot and see if you're missing damage, survivability or both.

Not all end game builds work equally well with less IP and gear. I tried a couple of the builds that already existed and found one that worked well to get through the Cosmic Trial. Hulk cleared pretty easily with a minute to spare on both Madame Hydra and Red Skull.

Synergies

Ant-Man, Cable, Collosus, Elektra, Hulk, Moon Knight, Nightcrawler, Squirrel Girl, Venom, Wolverine

Infinities

Alot of times my first go to with Infinities is the attack and movement speed node (Remilla does a great job explaining attack speed and the infinity system @RemiFromMH on YT) in the Time Stone - (Temporal Loophole). But since Hulk gets a couple of guaranteed Brutal Strikes on his abilities I went with Power Gem - (Strike Through).

Gear

I ended up using  it's a great damage option for most heroes. Early in leveling Hulk I died alot in Midtown boss fights and I was considering using a  (As I always do) but as I got more gear and talents he became much more able to sit in fights longer - and I got better at managing him. End game builds prefer the Axe but at ilvl 70 Gugnir is a better choice.

In slot 1-5 I tried to use Hulk's Uniques. I did go with 2 any hero uniques.  in slot 2 and  in slot 3. They both offer a ton of strength and durability and I just wanted to build a big beefy Hulk.

For my catalyst I focused on Durability, and shield on med kit use. The Thor Insignia offers defense rating and strength.

 

I focused on defense mostly with my artifacts. All of them offer some combination of defense, health, strength and durability. I also appreciated the shields that could proc occasionally.

Team Up

I went with Agent Coulson because I wanted the damage. 

 

Playstyle

Filler. Just spam this anytime you don't have any other buttons you need to push.

 

 - Stomp pulls enemies in and weakens them. When Very Angry also provides a +15% bonus to melee powers (all of our powers are melee in this build).

 - Leap is ok for repositioning but its main use is for applying vulnerable. When Very Angry its area is increased. It has 2 charges and its cd is short.

 - This is a guaranteed Brutal Strike thanks to our last row talent. If you charge it to full it does pretty solid damage. But it's main purpose is to fill our anger gauge and make us instantly Very Angry.

 - does increased damage, has an extra charge and its CD is shorter when we're Very Angry thanks to our talent choice in row 4. Its good single target damage - everything else we use is aoe.

 - our Signature. Solid Damage.

 - My favorite Hulk ability! Normally it has a CD of over a minute. Thanks to our Talent in row 3 it burns all our anger but the CD is shortened by 30 seconds. It also resets your other CDs. So before you use this make sure you use your signature. Your pummel and your stomp. Then pop this and use all of those CDs again. It drains our anger but that's why we have it fills our anger instantly making us Very Angry again. 

Obviously being Very Angry is really important for Hulk, we get extras on abilities and also just as part of his Anger resource he gets bonus stats from how angry he is. Our talent in Row 1 extends those bonuses to our defenses as well. The talent we chose in Row 2 increases those bonuses by +50%, but only when Very Angry. This is why  is such a good ability for us. It insantly fills our Anger Resource. Nothing spends Anger, except our , but that resets CDs so you'll always be able to use to get Very Angry instantly. 

Basically use everything on CD -Start with  to get Very Angry. to pull enemies in and get bonuse damage. on them to make them vulnerable. when it's up. Make sure all of your Cooldown abilities are used before using .
