NO LONGER UPDATED, I HAVE QUIT THE GAME. 

(2/19) Update: I decided that showing 3k Infinity Points wasn't the right call and I should show how much I currently have and how I distribute them so check out the Infinity points section for a more accurate look!

This is currently the build I'm using on Nightcrawler with a 2:32 TTK on the cosmic lvl 60 Raid Dummy without having challenge bonuses and only a lvl 2 ultimate so I'm sure his damage is probably lower than 2 mins TTK once everything is maxed out.

This build makes absolute use of his teleports which, due to the changes to the movement system, make Nightcrawler invulnerable while teleporting. 

Rotation goes like this: Righteous Frenzy > Brimstone Blitz > Bamf! > Bamf Bomb > Bamf! > Run Through > Blink Strike > Death Blow > Righteous Frenzy (spam) + Bamf Beatdown when cooldowns are down. 

You're going to want to first make sure you always Bamf! before you use both Bamf Bomb and Run Through to get the benefit of 100% more damage to those two powers  from the first tier talent, Surprise Attack.

The next thing you want to make sure of is to not use powers that restore charges to Bamf! and Righteous Frenzy when they're already maxed out on charges. These powers are Blink Strike (which restores a charge to Righteous Frenzy) and Bamf Bomb (which restores a charge to both Righteous Frenzy and Bamf!). Managing the cooldowns is what's going to allow you to get the most out of your DPS. It's also incredibly important in maximizing your ability to move through the world through teleports alone.
