This is Kate Bishop. She's Hawkeye... we'll there another guy who's also Hawkeye, but she might be the best Hawkeye. 

This is a simple, non-trick arrow build. Nothing fancy, no intense bells and whistles. Just arrows... lots of arrows. 

Rotation

 is your basic spender. In between cooldowns always be letting these babies fly. Open up with some , it'll apply the vuln and the shrieking arrow. Hit your  to give you a nice dmg boost, and then let your  (still one of the best sigs in the game. Strong and great at clearing mobs) After that, notch that  and let it fly for lots of hurt (it's bruted for 1.5MM for me occassionally) For the coup de grace, let off everything in your quiver with . When you need to, drop down some healing . Wash and repeat, and have fun. 

Artifacts

 Since we're using a basic this little book gives us everything you need. A full stack gives us +750 dmg, and +3 all attributes means we're getting +24% dmg. Niiiiice. 

 This new art is great for any heroes who use Intelligence. Just straight dmg all around. Not bad.
