Updated Cosmic Artifact DPS (Not using Cosmic Book due to low uptime with only 3s duration)

Hulk is now viable and I put together a pretty balanced build for my namesake. He is very tanky and still can pack some damage. Hulk is still pretty bursty, but adding in a few more skills make him much more suvivable and even out his dps. He can still use some tuning, but for a tank he does solid DPS.

Lots of new things coming down the pipe so I will do my best to keep this guide updated.

In Combat:

Talents

Row 1- Hulk Tough (Increased Health and healing from Deafening Roar)
Row 2- RAWR or Hulk Really Mad (More DPS at full Anger)
Row 3- Hulk Really Loud (Sig can be used 2x and reduced cooldown)
Row 4- Hulk the Strongest One There Is (Pummel charges and more damage)
Row 5- Hulk Punch with Car! (Reduced cooldown and benefits to Knuckledusters)

Skills

  •   Furious Punch- 900 Health on hit (which attacks pretty fast)
  •   Demolishing Charge- To remove CC
  •   Avalanche Leap- For Dot and for Vulnerability
  •   Deafening Roar- For Heal and Weaken. Also helps generate Anger
  •   Knuckledusters- Great damage and buff effect
  •  Ultimate Destruction- Signture
  • Meteor Stike- To reset cooldowns
  • Pummel- Short cooldown DPS

Skill Rotation

  • Furious Punch wil be your filler
  • Use Avalanche Leap to leap in and set Dot and Vulnerability
  • Use Deafening Roar will be used as a Weaken and to heal when you need to
  • Use Knuckledusters on cooldown for melee DPS burst
  • Use Ultimate Destruction 2x and on cooldown
  • Use Pummel 2x and on cooldown
  • Now use Meteor Strike to reset everything.
  • Proceed to top of the roation and use skills when available

Slot 1- Fragment of Twlighlight, Always Angry, Overseer's Mace, Skrull's Mighty Hammer

Slot 2- Mzee's Hardened Shell, Slab of Subterranea Eye of the Eggbreaker

Artifacts

With Cosmic Artifacts being released, we have a new dynamic. We essentially have 2 version of "best in slot" when it comes to artifacts, as well as some being mixed and matched.

The new Cosmic Affixes make Cosmic artifacts a ton more powerful compared to their normal versions, along with the increased roll ranges to make them easier to roll. With that said, there will be 2 versions published for best in slot, one with all artifacts, and one with just all cosmic. We will all need to farm these as Cosmic versions are not tradeable at this time so some mixing and matching will take place.

Cosmic Artifacts:

Affixes we want:
- +1 All Attributes
-  10% Reduced Signature Time
-  +1500 Dodge
-  +1500 Health

On Hulk, we want that extra dodge since it will give more of a defense boost since he is already geting some much from Defense and Deflect. By adding dodge (and a good amount of it) it will really help round out his defense.

The defensive and spirit options are nice if you can't get one of the above ones to reroll for now, but the ones above are much better options. The Ultimate cooldown is kind of gimmicky, and the less cost reduction doesn't work in this case.

Like I said before, you will most likely be mixing and matching these until you have all Cosmic artifacts. I have also added a column in my spreadsheet to track Cosmic versions of artifacts going forward.

Catalyst- 50% Shield is a must, then from there I would recommend any of the following:

  • Strength or Durability
  • Life on Hit
  • Health
  • Physical Damage
  • 150 Health on Defeat or Invisibility (Works very well for melee to drop aggro in big groups like CMM)

Enchantments

-Slot 1+5: Armor +60 Damage enchant, Physical Damage
-Slot 2,3,4: Armor Health, Health

  • Challenge Bonuses- either Strength or Durability

Infinity System Listed in priority order

1- Crit Hit Rating (Mind Gem) 200 points
2- Brut Hit Rating (Power Gem) 150 points
3- Attack/Movespeed (Time Gem) 200 points
4- Crit Damage (Mind Gem) 150 points
5- Signature (Reality Gem) 200 points
6- Health (Space Gem) 500 points
7- Damage vs Weakened (Power Gem) 150 points

From there, you can grab Durability or Strength nodes. The procs arent too attractive even at 50 ranks (18k proc at max rank) and Brutal Damage per point is bad compared to the attribute option.

Team-Up

All of the team ups out there are pretty solid. I use those who shield or buff me or taunt. Right now I am using Dr. Strange or Clea. Both the same but buff, shield, and heal along with solid dps. Sam Wilson, Wolverine, and Deadpool are also really good options.

  • Use medkit, 20% damage boost

  • 20% more damage to bosses/elites

  • Use medkit, 100% health to team up
  • Increased damage stacking for defeat (for CMM and other zones)

For rolls on the gear I look for these in order (to Team Up):

  • Brutal Strike Rating

  • Crit Hit Chance

  • Crit Hit Damage
  • Base Damage to Special Team Up Powers

If you happen to get a good one with those rolls above and have a "Benefit You" the stats you want to look for are:

  • 3% Base Physical, Melee Damage, 3% Crit Damage
