"Summoner"
You might notice a distinct lack of "Summoner" items for Iceman, that's because he will still do most of the damage. While do excellent damage, his other summon skills just aren't up to par. Therefore, it's better to gear him with non-summon specific items. So just consider anything with +Summon as extra, but don't prioritize it.
don't be fooled by the tooltip that makes it look extraordinary, while it does add a good amount of damage it isn't nearly as much as the tooltip suggests, which makes this clunky skill awkward to fit in.
Sadly and
aren't good skills, which limits the amount of "summon" abilities iceman can use. With 3 big golems at your side you can be sure they will distract most oponents anyway.

Choose whatever filler you prefer, in terms of dps the difference is pretty small, but here's the rankings:

How it works:
Ice Slick & Frozen Orb apply "Deep Freeze", which then Frozen Lance and Arctic Wave exploit by "Shattering" the enemy and dealing extra damage. The "Shattering" also provides a -1 sec reduction to your signature's cooldown, and your Golems help distract the target while adding a considerable amount of damage.

Ice-Man has a few options for gearing, you can choose to gear him for survival with +HP equipment such as and

is also an okay choice, but not a top 4.
If you choose to use as your filler, you can use
for the most dps, but keeping the stacks up can be a chore.
For the Cosmic Affixes you will want:
1) +1 to All Attributes
2) -10% to signature cooldown.
Other than those, feel free to choose whichever affixes best fit your playstyle.

Slot 1: is the best offensive/defensive option, but
isn't far behind.
Slot 2: is the easiest piece to fit, as the stats match Iceman perfectly. A perfectly rolled cosmic is potentially the best option.
Slot 3: gave me the best results due to the mix of damage and power duration, which is great for the summons' aura.
is also great for raw damage even if it's a "mental" item, while
has a good mix of defense and offense.
Slot 4: is the best option even if he can't make use of the INT.

give similar results as 2nd choice.
Slot 5: is easily unmatched, the combination of power duration and raw damage makes it amazing for iceman.
isn't bad at all, and is a great option till you get Jinn.

don't worry, the damage difference is pretty small that you can choose whichever you want.
Medallion:
for the power duration, it helps keep the Aura effect from the Golems up.

Power of Doop is the best option currently.

For insignia just go for whatever you have that provides raw damage rating or energy damage rating, crit/brut stats good as well, +dura or +energy is fine too. For the actual rolled stats you'll want the classic crit + crit dmg.
