  • Cosmic Fantastic Bodysuit Slot 2 with Brut rating, Crit Damage and Brut damage (similar to the image below) and the 800 dmg rating Cosmic Affix replaces Slot 2 Portal's Darkhawk Armour  . You can get this easily by farming in Hightown Patrol.

OVERVIEW

This build attempts to use all the damage reduction skills that Sue has to counter against heavy damage whilst also doling out heavy damage of it's own. You do this with a combination of  Shield Dome +  Roll-Out with 90% dmg reduction and Roll Out + a stack of  Quantum Compression which is 70% dmg reduction. Roll-Out itself can deal 500k-600k brut dmg twice per second with this spec and combined with your other Dmg over time abilities; Suffocate and Storm of Spheres, you can deal a ton of damage in a short amount of time. RESONATING WAVE SET-UP


ROTATION
FOR BOSSES: Shield Dome - > Storm of Spheres -> Suffocate -> Quantum Comp x 1 -> Reso Wave -> Invisibility -> Reso Wave -> Invisibility -> Reso Wave -> Storm of Spheres -> Suffocate -> Quant Comp x 1 -> Roll out and Repeat from Quant Comp x 1 till shield Dome becomes available.

FOR MOBS: Suffocate -> Storm of Spheres -> Roll Out

TALENTS AND POWERS


 

  • SHIELD BLITZ: Your get out of jail free card. Use this when you're in trouble.

  • ROLL OUT: Without the 2nd Talent in the 5th row of talents, this power is called The Crusher. In order to turn this power into Roll Out, you have to select the Roll Out talent. Once you have done so, this will be your main spender. You won't need Crashing Wave style or Crushing Force, just this skill. Use it every time it comes off cooldown. It's a very short cooldown. You can check the videos above to see how I do it. Roll Out also gives the benefit of having 50% damage reduction whilst in the Roll Out effect.

  • RESONATING WAVE: Your other spender. This power resets it's cooldown after you use invisibility so make sure to use it first before using invisibility so that you get 3 uses out of it. This power always crits with the talent Calculated Resonance.

  • INVISIBILITY: This power when used with the talents; Hidden Strike and Unexpected Speed, makes you deal 25% more damage. It also gives you spirit regen and health regen whilst granting you stealth for 2s.
    Attempting to change this ability to Applied Barrier with the Force Barriers talent will see that you lose the spirit and health regen which ends up making the build less spirit efficient which is why I'm not using that. You can try to alleviate this by using seeker orbs instead of Shield Dome but this may drop your potential survivability in tough scenarios.

  • SUFFOCATE: A 1.5s stun and a really strong damage over time power. Use this to initiate a fight so that the target stays still and you can drop Storm of Spheres beneath them.

  • STORM OF SPHERES: This power applies Vulnerability and Slow. Vulnerability increases your damage by 10% and Slow decreases your target's attack speed and movement speed by 50% allowing you to outmaneuver them more easily.

  • SHIELD DOME: Shield Dome reduces the damage taken by you by 40% whilst it is active. Combine this with Roll Out and you can get up to 90% dmg reduction.

  • QUANTUM COMPRESSION: Quantum Compression is Invisible Woman's Signature Ability. She pulls in a shield bubble on herself, damaging nearby enemies and increasing her damage resistance by 20%. You can stack this effect 3 times, allowing her to get up to 60% damage reduction from this power. Especially useful when you're in a pinch.

TALENTS:

  • CALCULATED RESONANCE: Makes your Resonating Wave gain a 100% crit chance. Making Resonating Wave a guaranteed critical chance, ensures that you will land brutal strikes more often than not because Brutal strikes have to first be a critical hit before they can become a brutal strike. You will still need Invisibility to reset Resonating Wave's cooldown. You can also decide to use Guardian Wall Talent in this line to increase your survival but in order to balance damage and defence, I've gone for Calculated Resonance

 

  • HIDDEN STRIKE: This talent increases the damage you deal by 5% each time you use Invisibility and can stack up twice. Allowing you to gain 10% more damage. This Talent when paired with another talent you'll see below, increases your damage by 25%. You can also go for Contingency in this line or Stay Out of Sight. Each of these will make you more survivable in it's own way but once again, balancing damage with survival is what I'm doing here and the choice for Hidden Strike is mainly for the damage.

 

  • REACTIVE DEFENCE: This talent allows you to cast Shield Dome as a fire and forget rather than a skill you have to channel. This in effect, allows you to drop it down and stack other defensive skills along with it. For instance you can use Roll Out alongside it to gain 90% dmg reduction. In this build, the Force Barriers and Seeker Cascade choices are not effective. First off, Force Barriers will see you running out of spirit fast if you don't use Seeker Orbs which this build isn't using. And this is also the same reason why Seeker Cascade will not work; I'm not using Seeker Orbs in this build and neither am I using any of the other skills that would activate it.

 

  • UNEXPECTED SPEED: This Talent is the one I referenced when I mentioned that Invisibility can grant you 25% increased damage. The damage you deal is increased by 15% when you use Invisibility with this Talent and when combined with the two stacks from Hidden Strike, that's 25% more damage. It's an amazing Talent and whilst you can also choose to use another talent in this line called Focus for survival, this build will deal better damage with Unexpected Speed. The Movement speed and Attack speed increase from Invisible Combat is also quite useful. The increase in attacked speed, helps you cast Resonating Wave much faster and the movement speed helps you move with Roll Out twice as fast, so you can cover greater a greater area with the duration of Roll Out.

 

  • ROLL OUT: The final talent in this set. The lynch pin of this build. Without this Talent, you can't use the main spender of this build. And that by extension means the other two Talents in this row do not work with this build.

GEAR

The gear is the most fun part of this build. Using Dimensional Portal and the Catalyst with Damage rating is just an amazing combo because she has such a short cooldown on her Signature.

ARTIFACTS: All Hela Blessings at the moment

  • Iron Legion Armor Sheath (can be replaced by  Hand of Doom,  Taskmaster or Zigurrat of Kargul)(Where to Acquire: Can be gotten from defeating Ultron): Invisible woman is lacking both crit and brut rating so having the Hand of one of her Arch-enemies is always good.

  • Crossbones Teaching Credentials (Energy) (Where to Acquire: Can be gotten from defeating Crossbones in any mode) (Can be replaced with  Edge of Infinity,   Sharabus Neotum,   Xerogen Crystal )

  •  Doomsaw (can be replaced with  Ziggurat of Kargul,  Gem of the Kursed ) (Where to Acquire: From Day 99 daily Log-in rewards)

  • ARMOR Dimensionly Portal Generator (Can't be replaced, GET ONE!! or just use a  Ziggurat of Kargul, or  Sharabus Neotum)(Where to Acquire: Can be gotten with A.R.M.O.R. research drives from the A.R.M.O.R. Vendor in the Avenger's Tower)

MEDALLION:
Bullseye: (Where to Acquire: From fighting bullseye in any mode)

Infernal War Skrull: (Where to Acquire: From fighting the War Skrull in Chapter 10 or in Hightown Patrol events) Best Medallions I've tried at the moment. Electro Medallion with +400 or more dmg rating on it may also compete.


SLOT 1-5 ENCHANTMENTS SLOT 1/5: +100 Area Dmg SLOT 2/3/4: +200 Health CHALLENGE BONUS: +1 Durability to all gear

  • SLOT 1:  Dynamic Unstable Molecules Gloves : I'm still trying to find something that's better than this to put in the Slot 1 but haven't found anything yet.

  • SLOT 2 Cosmic Fantastic Bodysuit : Mainly used for the Brut rating and Damage rating boost (Where to Acquire: By farming the bosses in Cosmic Hightown Patrol, they drop a lot of cosmic items that you can sear through). Make sure you get something that looks similar to what you see below but with Brut damage instead of Restore Spirit on enemy defeat.

  •  

    if you don't have this I suggest using Her slot 2 OR Portal's Darkhawk Armour (it may have +5 strenght but it also has +area dmg rating and +area crit rating which helps this build a lot)

  • SLOT 3:  Malice's Cape: Crit rating, Brutal strike rating, and generally more juice for her.

  • SLOT 4: Earth 1610 boots: Haven't found anything better yet, once I do, it's gone too.

  • SLOT 5:  Essence of Jinn: Area Damage rating, Ranged Damage rating, Direct damage rating and a chance to proc +8 energy.... and all of it affects Roll Out. Why would you not use it? (Where to Acquire: Axis Raid drop or can be crafted with Commendations gained from doing shared quests) You can replace this with  Helm of Doom,  Omega Sentinel's Energy Blaster, Mask of the Goat, or any Slot 5 with good crit rating.


RUNE WORD
Bowazon: Brut and Crit is what I need and Bowazon provides in spades. (You can replace this with  Fire Barrage if you don't have the ingredients for Bowazon)


LEGENDARY
Cosmic Rod: Cosmic Rod is the best so far. She has a lot of damage reduction skills BUT, if you find yourself being squishy, use  Norn Stones or Shield of Perseus instead. Norn Stones affords you a similar amount of damage to Cosmic Rod, with more defence.

RING:
Sling Ring of Kamar-Taj (Where to Acquire: This can be gotten from the Dark Dimension Dr. Strange event). You can replace this with the  Industry City Energy Ring.

RELICS
Atlantis or  Xandar work really well for DPS


 

INFINITY SYSTEM

TEAM-UP
ACTIVE-SPIDERMAN
I've stuck to using Spiderman because he has a great AoE pull that drags all enemies in a nice ball, he also has a TON of survivability which helps take aggro off me when I'm stealthed. This also makes sure that the bosses to go running off into a corner when I stealth. That said, whatever Team-up you enjoy using should also work well too. Deadpool is one of, if not THE best Team-up.

PASSIVE-IRON MAN:

Passive Iron Man gives you +1 Energy and +300 ranged damage rating. And those two combined is quite a bit of damage rating.

 

ACTIVE-DEADPOOL: 

Great for his CC abilies.
