Love the build! Been using it since beta with slight changes. I have a question abour artifacts. Is SHIELD motion analyzer BIS? I get the rest, they seem BIS to me but not sure about that one.
It is what tested best for me. Also, this week is omega week so you can farm up a cosmic one either for Jean or another ranged hero. If you don't want to use an advanced SHIELD motion analyzer, gem of the kursed or mental focus headband is good too.
