Hvae you tried her own slot 3 unique with sig reduction from a cosmic item? I really hate Elektra summon and wondering what is the dps difference. I would guess it would be better but obviously not since you didn't recommend that.
Also, when you use your signature, do you buff the summons either way or should you use it before summoning them for the last talent you picked?
So I personally don't like signature CD reduction as it throws her signature and Dark Alliance out of sync, and there is a lot of value of always having them lineup for snapshotting. That said it tests fine when youre just ramming it on CD with the 10% cost reduction, just for patrol, term, and raid play it creates awkward moments where you want to wait for one or the other.
If you don't like Elektra, I'd recommend Siege or Powercell.
The TTK opener should show how I approach it, with buffing self to then hit the summon powers so they retain the buffs for their full duration (snapshotting). More info should be in the written text of the guide.
