Its not optimal. I just used what I had. It still gives +1 Fighting, +1 to all attributes and some health. The intro to the guide says its not a BiS guide. You could easily swap in a Hydra Agent or a Skrull Avengers Medallion if you have them.

Just wondering why the War Skrull medallion? He does all physical damage so there's nothing I can see to proc physical damage bonus?
