Hey! I really like your work and everything, Carnage is really good and fun to play but i wanted to know for the Sinister Medaillon do we need the Rank 20 Ultimate (So less CD) or even with a Ultimate Rank 1 it's still very good?
The rank 20 ult of course helps for having a higher buff uptime, but no it's not mandatory. This is still a great item pick even when the +2 all attributes proc isn't active thanks to carnage's Health to Dmg scaling bonus.
I tested one of my own and found it lacking. Not even close in fun or usability. One quesion, why the nodes on: Infusion on all the gems. I tested and never triggered my Doop Procs.

I got 313 infinity points, will they be enough for carnage and if so which powers should I prioritize?

- 0 - 500 points: begin with dumping everything into the Gravity well (Health) node until your at max 250/250.
- 501-1000 points: from here ...50/50 temporal loophole (Attack speed) -> 150/150 mental focus (Cdr) -> 75/75 Strike through (bdr).
- 1001 - 1470 (current amount): 200/200 into Potency, then start the point dump into +Durability
