Hello! I actually don't feel I need the health to be honest and the BR works great with the buff we get from 10 stacks of starving.

just maxed out everything in tems of legendary etc and i have 6.5k BSR just saying and this is without the infinity system which roughly equals 50% BS chance (would be 55% with infinity) i also have 3k crit rating also 50% (opted for fighting insted to raise min crit value)and took loh in infity points too, the only thing i have different from your build is the slot 2 im currently using a xmen uniform but im thinking a portal darkhawk might preform better (armor event is currently live).

also i dont mean to be a naysayer but both sig are gonna get nerfed
