There are two different versions of this room, each containing one of the named mobs Callous Cormac and Inquisitor Evarts. It's random which one you get when you enter, so you'll need to make multiple visits in order to clear both of them for the Thanks Gaz achievement. You can swap heroes just outside the entrance to quickly reset the room.
