Been farming this for a week just relogging and killing him in Doom Terminal. Zero drops, at this point I don't even think this can drop in there.

Only the Cosmic version drops in Castle Doom
Standard only drops in:
Danger Room
ICP
Midtown
X-Defense

It is also found in the SSB

That is confirmed via the loot tables in Open Calligraphy.
Normal is in 5 loot tables
Cosmic is in 2 (Cosmic Castle Doom and the standard Cosmic Artifact Table which is events only)

1	by trippa 1 year ago just looted a cosmic version of this. doctor doom terminal, nornal difficulty, out of 1 of the 3 blue chest that spawned after killing doom.
