i am yet to see this drop, does it maybe drop chance affected by which hero from group is killed last?

1	by vegimata 8 years ago I have 5 of this. 1 from normal hightown and 4 from cosmic hightown. It does not always drop from Skrull Thor. Any of the Skrull bosses can drop it.
