ofcourse, you have options :) You can take Blade if you are missing some atack speed points for the needed amount of atack speed of a simple +3 energy dmg synergy like Jean, Thor or Elektra for +3 boss dmg even. Winter soldier or Vision synergy is nce too. Cyclopse is always a nice option if you want some XP bonus (currently I farm with that one).
Easiest Cosmic Trial I have ever done by far and I barely have the gear and none of the comic artifacts. Thanks for the extra info would be nice if everyone would do that for the process of gearing up.
for slot 2 you can use whatever as a placeholder even her own but nothing comes even close to Portal tbh. Power Cell you want to replace with something with atack speed to help you with the breakpoint - Lizard formula is the closest in terms of Dps and Metasensory Array is a little behind. Choosing Liz formula will let you remove 45 extra spirit so thats 18 Infy points that can go to elswhere :) If you dont have a spare Liz, lmk ingame and I will give you one for free.
also , what if changing catalyst affix with +spirit to something else ? the setup is exactly how it should be for the surge sync and it works perfect but in fights/contents where u need to spam you medkit , it messes up the sync.
In fights/contents where u need to spam you medkit you just dont sync ... the output dps difference isnt rly that big. Without syncing the static dummy ttk is only about 6-7-8 seconds slower. Maybe I should upload not-syncing vids again to show that (I deleted these a few weeks ago due to lazyness) ... after all the end goal of my build is to show gameplay & build diversity. But rly, it doesnt rly matter that much if you sync or not.
If you want to sync all the time you can choose a catalyst without 25%/100 affix, her healing kit is pretty strong even without that :) ... waiting 2-3 extra seconds after sig is off-CD also works or just remove 100~ of you max Tempest and add +1 medkit spam each sig rotation no matter if you need it, you have plenty ways to deal with the issue :)
yes for single target i noticed there isnt almost any difference , but at cdr 2xbosses to CMM etc multi enemy encounters surge sync is just so sweet . my next big thing will be to try replace lizard arti (but , damn , this is just too good not to be used :P ) just to make a perfect steady sync on every sig cycle. what else to say , i am a storm addict ^^
Oh, one more thing ... I wouldnt change Liz arti because it gives a huge chunk of atack speed that you need for the breakpoint and generally atack speed is cheaper to get on artifacts instead of Infy points, you win alot of Speed points there by simply putting Liz formula in your artifacts kit.
lately Im using microburst for every content since it has aoe and better dmg than electrocute AND weaken the enemies which lowers the dmg taken aswel resulting in better ttl :)
With the Bow nerf (the lvl 80 legendary nerf isn't live yet Iirc) would you say it is better to invest into a CCR? Also, do you know whats the difference between GBA,CCR andCasket of Ancient Winters damage wise? Thank you for the guide, very helpful :)!
cannot say for sure until I test it :) The worst part in Casket of Winters is that dmg vs slowed targets doesnt work on raid bosses so I wouldnt suggest it since I raid alot.
With all this missing, you should say "only a minute off"! But look it on the bright side - if you are @ 2:20~ that puts you along side the best geared "bottom on the ttk-list" heroes :). Omega items should be able to be upgraded from 63 to 69 so I think its safe to invest there at least. Also pet is a matter of time and Coulson will come one day.
sync .... until my next vid where I prove the other :P ... Honestly both ways are fine so you have a choice and thats the main goal of my guide -> to show that you have a couple of choices and build diversity with Storm :)

last time I tried implant I couldnt hold the buff long enought and I dont want to invest on full PD gear tbh. But if you are happy with it go for it, we live in a free world :)
How are you able to get the max rolls in basically every stat for your uniques and artifacts? I thought the items balanced so many points across all stats...? If not, how many times, on average, do you have to reroll each item to hit perfect rolls? Definitely curious since all these rolls seem artifically high. :)
OCD obcession bro ^^ ... and millions of credits :). Well i invest everything on my roro and I care to have as high stats as possible so in the end she repays me well :) .... Also the database here is always showing the max rolls on the items but I wont lie that mine are very close to the shown here.
Similar to what I am using except I've had her slot 2 out perform the portal armor. It's a tradeoff of 1328 damage rating for 618 Brut/2070 brute damage rating which is around 800 to 1100 itemization points using DR as the basis. Unless your stats are really out of wack or you super value the 1k health and power duration on darkhawk the slot 2 might actually be better DPS. There is a similar stat itemization disparity in your slot 3. I guess you might just have a zillion infinity points in a unique spread. Also Advanced Shield Analyzer should outperform EoI by up to 35% on an all ranged set.
Hello :) I know that on paper her own slot 2 & 3 outperform Portal & Coat but in reality I couldnt even break 2:20 with them. I guess im at that point where bsr shynes more than a flat DR. However, this is what I have best results with and what im using but if your performance with her own is better then you should use them, cheers :)
P.S. - My infinity points are 1080~, just as shown ;)
I have a 1:59 TTK using her slot 3 at around 930 infinity (without using the OP book proc) so I agree with you there. Her slot 2 adds about 0.17 to my total damage modifier over portal armor but there's no way that's enough of a gain to make up for the loss of power duration.
gotta get the 3.2 breakpoint in order to break it ... It's a hard task. I updated the guide to show the sheet atack speed needed in order to catch 3.2 @ full tempest.
Oh the 1:59 is with Microburst. Haven't broken the 2 minute marker with electrocute yet. I only have 1 of those books and it's a mental one. Heard they nerfed it on TC anyway. No surprise there. The cosmic ultron +4 to all artifact was nerfed/changed too I guess.
yes actually, since Tempest decay dont benefit from resource cost I choose Speed to boost up some dodge ... in short for defensive purpose since it doesn't matter which you gonna choose for offense ;)
