I've stopped playing this game for half a month now and I've also stated that in my change lists. No more updates will be coming from me as I've quit the game. If you feel that the nerf to Bow was pretty big than feel free to switch to Warlock's Eye as it was only behind by about ~2s.
Love this guide, thanks! I got a huge kick out of laying down mega AOE on everything, and your tips on using Shield of Seraphim and Mystic Shift were really good and helped my survivability! What a fun build.. builds like these really should be seen more since they make this game stand out!
Hello! In your update log you noted that you swapped demons of denak for bands of cyttorak, but the build itself still use demons of denak. You're also use flames of the faltine when in your FAQ you state why you don't use it (?). Can you please clarify? I used to have Demons of denak + bands of cyttorak, so I'd like to know why flames of the faltine > demons of denak as well. Thanks!
Hello, so what I mentioned is the correct build but it wasn't what was showing so huge mistake on my part. The guide has been updated to correct the mistakes and I removed the FAQ question about Bands over Flames. The reason I now use Flames over Bands is because Flames has been given a faster animation on par with Bands and its damage is higher so I went back to using Flames. Bands has now taken the place of Demons of Denak because Bands does more damage and it's AoE so it benefits greatly from +Area Damage. The life on hit loss from Demons isn't noticeable at all so you'll be fine sustaining

U say that u dont use flames due to long animation that causes less dps...u think with animation cancelling hitting tomorrow this could change and flames be not a dps loss?
I'll be replacing Crimson Bands with Flames right now in my guide. With animation cancelling the animations are equal between the two but Flames is stronger so it's worth it to use it over Crimson Bands.
It's a very good item just not on him because he doesn't need the attack speed. You can still use it in case you don't have any of the items I use in my build.
With the Mystic Rejuvenation talent you should be restoring 10% of your maximum spirit each time you get to 5 stacks of Mystic Energy. If you start to fall too low, you should use a medkit regen core which will restore an additional 100 spirit. With these two options I'm almost always topped off on spirit.
Hi nc build One thing I dont get is why u go Fighting over Int on profile stats every time I put a point on Fighting It gives me 0.1% crit chance but Int gives 1% crit dmg so why is Fighting more beneficial? Thnx a lot in advance :)
His critical hit rating is pretty low compared to other heroes which is why I decided to go with Fighting since more crit means he crits more often rather than more crit damage but less critting. I never did try an all Intelligence build but I don't think it'd be better
Why do you swap from the tier 3 talent to Ritual circle if you want to use his teleport? not sure I see the connection between the talents and swapping out seal of the vishanti

I added an extra note to that Q/A response about using Mystic Shift. Here's what I wrote: Alternatively, you can also swap out Crimson Bands of Cyttorak for Mystic Shift but with this swap you lose a DPS layer.
With this change you'll be able to keep the Flame and Frost talent which will help you tank more because the Ice Golems are fairly good at pulling boss agro. Hope this helps you out!
I personally prefer to play without the teleport because right now the game really doesn't require it. This build is also pretty tanky in comparison to other heroes. You heal for 10% of your health every time you reach 5 stacks of Mystic Energy, you heal for 350 health per hit from Demons of Denak, you heal for 418 health every second from a life on hit catalyst, and you get 6 summons that tank and pull aggro from bosses/mobs for you.
The only time you should use a teleport is if you do the Axis raid because the final fight requires a CC break and teleport is currently the only way to do that
hmmm....will have to try that to see if it works coz i lack the life on hit catalyst but I am curious about the six summons u talk about...ur build doesnt take the mindless one talent and i never really could pump out 6 ice golems so how do u do that?
I don't actually know, I've never tested for a summon build on him other than just using my own gear and playing with the summon talents turned on. You'd have to ask a summoner Dr. Strange player
