NOVAGASM

Current TTK is 37.5 seconds  at 1831 infinity points.  Tried TTK with +1 All Attributes, but damage at this point doesn't seem to matter.  Nova needs to hit 3/4 signatures with a Brutal Strike in order to get 37ish seconds.  I can MAYBE get Nova down to a 35 if 3/4 signature brutals hit as 1st - 2nd -3rd.  If you notice in the video, my signature brutal strikes come in as 1st - 2nd - 4th, the 4th being the final blow.

NOTE about adding gear alternatives:  I'm not adding any alternatives for this build because gear is 50% of the reason why any build exists.  The skills/talents chosen is the other 50% of any build.

GEARING

 It is pretty tough to find the right cosmic gear for this build but its something to play for!  I spent the better part of a week or so in HT and CMM (during midtown madness) trying to find Cosmic Slots 2 & 4.  If you only have a few Cosmic Artifacts, I'd suggest roaming around CMM midtown madness every week.  My current Cosmic Slots 2 & 4 came from midtown boxes.   

TO ULTIMATE UPGRADE OR NOT TO ULTIMATE UPGRADE

If you want?  Would I pay money for Ultimate Upgrade tokens?  NO!!  Ultimate powers are so undertuned and such a wasted resource.  If you want to stack damage on your signature power, you will get more out of allocating 40 infinity points into the 'Potency' Infinity Node than throwing $20/splinters/merits at ultimate upgrade tokens.  With the state of the game and the tuning/nerfs, it is really up to you.  If you like pizza, GO WITH $20 WORTH OF PIZZA!!!

My personal experience with Ultimate Upgrade Tokens:  I used to main Iron Fist for Raiding and other Cosmic content.  Pre-BUE, I bought Ultimate Upgrade Tokens with real $$$ because of how much I liked the skill rotation/damage output/overall feel of the character.  After the BUE nerf, I've stopped playing Iron Fist completely.  His damage isn't good, his skills feel clunky and have too long of a cooldown.  THEY EVEN NERFED HIS ULTIMATE POWER.  It used to give added duration when you increased his Ultimate power, but now it only gives added damage (not good damage either).  I really regret buying anything in this game that is at the mercy of the dev team.  Heroes/Team Ups included.  Such is gaming.

 ROTATION

Magneton/Super/Unstable are the beginning of the Pulsar Powers' names.

Starting Power Rotation when entering combat for the first time: Nova Dash -> Falling Star (target enemy) -> Nova Flare(target enemy) -> Super -> Unstable -> Magneton

While in combat (make sure you have 2 charges of Unstable Pulsar) : Signature -> Magneton -> Super -> Unstable -> Super -> Unstable -> Super -> Unstable -> Super -> Unstable -> Super -> Unstable -> Super -> Unstable -> Super -> Unstable -> Super -> (cooldown of Signature starts with 9seconds remaining)

When your signature is on Cooldown: Unstable -> Super -> Magneton -> Falling star ->  Blast off (into enemy) -> Blast off (into enemy again) -> Nova Flare (nova flare should reset the cooldown of your signature completely so you can restart the rotation at 'While in combat')
